Johnson's is flexible when dealing with our customers, accepting a wide variety of input such as CAD file formats, blueprints and hand drawn sketches. Johnson's can easily manipulate any incoming data into the finished product. When necessary we can analyze existing tooling, paying close attention to detail and reproduce or repair the tooling as necessary.

Johnson’s craftsmen take a creative “Hands-on” approach to die creation. Johnson’s die designers are versatile and resourceful in finding methods of making forged parts economically.

Factoring in your post forging needs, Johnson’s expert craftsmen can design dies with close tolerance ‘no draft’ parts and efficient stripper and knockout mechanisms. Dies can contain edgers, fullers and benders to get the most efficient use of steel stock.
